Ok M, so I just got off the phone with Richie the corporate manager of Jiffy Lube 8018 W Fairview Ave, Boise, ID 83704 and Richie who knows most of the story as he oversees that shop, and he gave me the most lieing brainwashing wrongful legal advice, I put two SUV's in the shop at Jiffy Lube and Dan the GM said that since I worked there it would only cost me parts and the labor and fluids are free, 3 months later I went into the ICU unit at the hospital when I came out Dan never put me back on the schedule, my card never got fixed and Dan read asked to resign for "Embezzlement" now they are that's true my cars safe trying to convince me that there is nothing that I can do and playing on me being disabled like I am stupid?? Richie the corporate liar knows better and I also explained that his company and employees had falsely accused me publicly of stealing a wallet and then robbing and old construction van of the property, the wallet was found and the van had been robbed long beforehand?? So with defamation of character, not getting either vehicle fixed for three months, when I have internal injuries and an struggling as it is, then I never get out back on the schedule, and they threaten to tie my vehicle and then say that "anyone who would sue Jiffy Lube for what Daniel did is pretty..." And then act like the character destroying approach that he said is going to ruin my life, wtf man At that point he's full of it trying to nuke a disabled person to get out of handing his responsibilities as a representative of Jiffy Lube! ??? They also on my day off wrongfully inspected a Buick Rendezvous that they was 100% a good working vehicle in response to me telling them that I was buying the vehicle for $5,000, now it's parked at Jiffy Lube where the GM said that they would fix it and they are threatening to tow it?? Then I bought a Mercedes ML3 on 20" Rims and brought it in to the shop, I told them I wanted to go on a short road trip and wanted to check evening out on my ride and they ran out through the shop and said everything was good Like and 40 miles later my Mercedes is breaking down with a woman and 2 year old child, once again I towed my Mercedes to Jiffy Lube on an insurance claim this time, my vehicles were never fixed and I lost my Mercedes due to not being put back on the schedule and then not fixing it so I could find a place to go, I ended up sleeping in my broke down car for like a month, working dead and jobs tho survive and it was so hit I went back into the hospital in the ICU from heat exhaustion, the Richies entire brain washing perspective was too convince me to tow my car before I lose when I told him that another shop is picking up the Buick and that the rear end was locked up on the Ford Escape, so I would have to come back, ?? If ask that is not getting the shaft in my job agreed as a customer, then what is man?? Oh, Richie also seemed to indicate that I didn't have my invoice (the invoices should be in the computer) and without a receipt or invoice?? And then insurance that I may have known or been involved in the Embezzlement they have cameras and apparently they have been investigating Dan ( the GM) (Nick the mechanic who never liked me and accused me of bs and harassed me on the job and Shane's new v to the man I was buying the Mercedes of of, I wonder if Nick fake inspected my vehicles?? He always served real nice when he was working on my car but never any other time?) Then they keep asking for an invoice or receipt, I told them that I have nothing to do with putting in the invoices and if they didn't get out on the cameras clearly shows and other managers know that my vehicles were too be fixed at Jiffy Lube! Three SUV's one of them a Mercedes that I lost for to Jiffy Lube's Issues and two more that I might lose for towing then to Jiffy Lube to be fixed??!

Caused a Major Oil Leak to My Vehicle, Tighten the Oil Filter to Tight to Oil Filter Housing, causing it to be warped and Leaking Oil Badly, (had 2 Licensed Auto Repair Mechanic Shops to Look at it, telling me in full details what happenalso didn't Replace My LOWER ENGINE SPLASH SHIELD COVER Correctly, only putting back in 1 Screw when it requires 3 Screw to Secure and Tighten when they took it off,..causing my Shield Cover to come off while Driving, took My Vehicle back to Jiffy Lube less than 12hrs Refused to Fix or Repair My Vehicle...need to talk to someone in Corporate or I'm getting a Lawyer..bcuz this need to be resolved, I try to Patronize Jiffy lube even after Bad Reports...Mechanic and Myself took Pictures and Videos of Leak, Damage and Parts..I even text the Store Manager after getting 2nd Opinion about my vehicle after I left the His Managed Shop..I more Pictures and Videos, won't let me send them

I had an oil change a couple months ago. Today I got in my car to pull out of my brand new driveway to find a puddle of oil, approximately 2 quarts. After checking the oil on the dipstick, and finding nothing, I did my best to lift up my car with a scissor jack to crawl under, and try to locate the source of the oil leak. I noticed the oil filter was covered with oil and that was likely the location of the leak. I reached up and found it loosely hanging onto my car. I was fortunate my neighbor was available to give me a ride to purchase more oil. (Full synthetic as per manufacturer requirements). After adding oil, starting it up and verifying, it was safe to drive. I drove it to a mechanic at Valvoline, where they determined the oil filter was likely not put on tight enough or the gasket on the oil filter was not lubed before applying. I also found out that the location I was at the night before reported an alarming amount of oil at the parking lot I was at which means the oil began leaking the night before and I drove it home, risking seizing my engine, without even realizing it. I had to cancel my appointment with clients because of this issue and I spent the remaining part of the day scrubbing my brand new driveway.

Messed my 2012 MDX up

. Ive been using yall Rosedale Md location which recently on June 18, 2023 I went for a routine or change on August 12 ,2023 I went in for a top off on August 28, 2023 my 2012 Acura MDX started experiencing some difficulties it began to make knocking noises and hesitating, as I accelerate, on the gas. I immediately jumped off on the first which I came to another Jiffy on 2044 N. Howard street . A tech looked over my vehicle he stated you dont have any oil in your vehicle , & your engine wouldve lock. He went to ask where was my last oil change done at I replied where, He stated they didnt see any leaks which none werent listed. A code was which was( P2646 ) my oil light, check engine & check emission light was on . None of this was transpiring before hand ever I never experienced any engine, transmission issues no lights on my dash board. It was insinuated by the Tech at Howard st Jiffy Lubes that its a possibility that the wrong oil couldve been placed in my vehicle, which made it burn out faster my vehicle takes 5W 20, he insinuated that recycle oil is used by the company. Its a lotta unprofessional and experience, ex-cons and drug users that work at his location. I believe it was a mishap on somebody thats employed at that particular facility. I am furious and appalled at the district manager (Jason Payne), lack of concern, disrespect and unprofessionalism, when reaching out to me for my complaint that I filed, he made assumptions, insinuations and false accusations about my vehicle, which no diagnostics was performed on my vehicle at that location. just visually looked over briefly. I was presented with receipts from previous services that were receive thats not my signatures they dont match one was Marked with an X and one was marked with a squiggly line. I dont sign my name that way I hope they havent been altered or what, but thats not my signature I sign my name T Hall I do not mark signatures with an X nor a squiggly line. Jason Payne He was very rude, disrespectful when calling me and he went on to send paper trail emails with no resolution.

Preferred solution: I want to be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses that I have to accumulate for the damages Cause to my vehicle. For lack of oil being place in my vehicle reimbursed for the oil change I payed for where apparently enough wasn’t placed in my vehicle.

I would like to file a lawsuit against jiffy lube.

I would like to file a lawsuit against Emerson the manager at jiffy lube in olive branch, ms store number is 3059 because of discrimination to a hard worker like myself because he had told a non employee that he was going to fire me and did not inform me about that he was going to give me a call the following day but didn't so i gave him a call and he didnt answer the phone or return my phone call back after i left him a voicemail about why he didn't give me a call back or nothing on what had happened. Also, one of his employers name Rachel was being disrespectful to a non employee and he didn't fire her not at all due to the situation thats going on , also Emerson had me working on the Vehicle's that comes to the shop for service that they are getting done to there vehicle without my mechanic license certificate when i past them with high scores on them. Please can you help me out with this especially because no manager should be talking to employee and non employment person about letting me go because i was catching on to my job fast and love what i do also, Monday through Saturday jiffey lube supposed to have at least 20 to 30 cars per day and only have only sevenper day also they had three other employees walked out on them before i got there. Also they must not be doing something right because if they was they would have more customers and no employees walking out on jiffy lube and Emerson due to failure of management and training his new employment on how everything and how the business is run correctly instead of having Rachel train me instead of Emerson doing his job Emerson be leaving before brake then come back from break moving fast and he smelling like liquor when he come back to work two hours later.

Bad service

Re: store 645 Two issues - 1) The contents of my glove box were in the passenger seat when I got my car (after the oil change). There is no reason to go thru my glove box to do an oil change. I didn't see anything missing but that is because I remove my valuables for this reason. Going through customers' glove boxes is highly inappropriate and the reason I will not be back, but there is more. The service is terrible. 2) I appeared to be the first customer of the day; I arrived at 735 am. They open at 730am. The staff started working on my car but after a car and van arrived 10 minutes later, they prioritized those cars and let my car sit. By 8am my hood had been closed and I saw nothing else being done on my car. 5 minutes later the car that came after me was on its way and I had to ask 3 times before they finally rang me up, finished vacuuming but didn't wash the windows and did not tell me they weren't able to wash them. 20 minutes later, they finally pulled my car out so I could leave. Good to know they don't prioritize the early birds.
